"My spouse and I was actually pushed off to this office because our previous rep I believe retired randomly. Either way it was a blessing in disguise. I had my 2012 Honda for 14yrs and was hit by a deer and was deemed a total loss. I have been with State Farm for 6 years for home and auto. Mr. Wilcox office treats you so kind and Amanda has been sooo helpful to me after my accident and with making sure I have the proper coverage for my new vehicle. "State Farm saved me over $130 per month for the exact same auto coverage that I had with GEICO. Natara is extremely responsive. There is minimal, if any, wait time when I reach out to her with questions. However, she made an unauthorized charge to my credit card, without my permission, which has caused me to cancel any additional services. In addition, due to the $1210.00 unauthorized charge, I'm now rating this location as a 1 from a 5. Thank you State Farm. I appreciate your services. However, your employee does not have the authority to make unauthorized charges to my credit card, which cannot be reversed. Waiting weeks on end for a refund check to be mailed is totally unacceptable!"

"Top Tier! This is hands down the best office in the State Farm universe possibly .Adrian Wilcox has done an amazing job running this office. "I just wanted to give Adrian his and his incredible staff a great review. I’ve been with them for a couple years and I’ve never had an issue always professional always helpful and always reassuring this past December. I had an incident with one of my vehicles and the MVA and my girl Jenny was very polite and so helpful throughout the whole process. She even stayed on the phone with me while we waited for the MVA to answer the phone and once we got someone on the phone, she handled everything that needed to be handled and she was so helpful.
