"This office is the best SF office I have held policies with this far. I have been with the company over 20 years. I have stepped away for a moment, but always came back.
I just spoke with Amanda, she is always so nice and willing to help. Some businesses make you feel like you are a bother to them, but not this agency. Everyone is always so eager to help you and explain things to me sure you understand.
If you are searching for an insurance agent, this is the one to choose.
I don't always choose by reading reviews, however, with this agency I did. The 5 star reviews are true. They all have great customer service!!"

"State Farm saved me over $130 per month for the exact same auto coverage that I had with GEICO. Natara is extremely responsive. There is minimal, if any, wait time when I reach out to her with questions. However, she made an unauthorized charge to my credit card, without my permission, which has caused me to cancel any additional services. In addition, due to the $1210.00 unauthorized charge, I'm now rating this location as a 1 from a 5. Thank you State Farm. I appreciate your services. However, your employee does not have the authority to make unauthorized charges to my credit card, which cannot be reversed. Waiting weeks on end for a refund check to be mailed is totally unacceptable!"

"My spouse and I was actually pushed off to this office because our previous rep I believe retired randomly. Either way it was a blessing in disguise. I had my 2012 Honda for 14yrs and was hit by a deer and was deemed a total loss. I have been with State Farm for 6 years for home and auto. Mr. Wilcox office treats you so kind and Amanda has been sooo helpful to me after my accident and with making sure I have the proper coverage for my new vehicle.
